Villanova Station Temporary Closure

Beginning Monday, 10/30 and continuing through the end of the service day Sunday, 12/10, there will be no train service at Villanova Station on the Norristown High Speed Line. This is due to a Villanova University construction project.
Your alternative is to use Stadium Station, located on S. Ithan Avenue, southwest of Lancaster Avenue. Stadium Station is a .2 mile walk from Villanova Station. Trains will continue to make stops at all other Norristown High Speed Line stations as regularly scheduled.

Construction is expected to last six weeks. During construction, crews will connect the University's existing overpass to a new pedestrian bridge and walkway. Villanova Station is scheduled to reopen at the start of the service day Monday, 12/11.
