Game Masters at the Franklin Institute

March 30, 2018

Game Masters: The Exhibition has been traveling the globe, and now it’s finally here at the Franklin Institute! The exhibit opens to the public on 3/31 and runs through 9/3. Game Masters will showcase the work of over 30 innovative game designers and take visitors on an interactive journey inside their favorite video games - from the trailblazing arcade era through today's web and console games.

From Sonic to Sims, the exhibit will include tons of games to play! Challenge yourself to get the high score on more than 100 different games throughout. This is the first large-scale exhibition to take visitors behind the scenes of how video games are made as well as spotlighting the people who actually make them. From Nintendo’s iconic worlds featuring Mario and Link, to the obsession that is Minecraft, to the immersive experiences of Blizzard Entertainment, this is a landmark collection of the most popular video games on the planet, as well as independent games with a cult-like following.
