Route of the Week - 99

December 4, 2017

This week, we're taking a closer look at the Route 99! The Route 99 is a suburban bus route that travels between Phoenixville and Norristown Transportation Center. This route, along with six other SEPTA routes, services the second largest mall in American - the King of Prussia Mall.

Typically, the Route 99 makes 62 trips each weekday, 55 trips on Saturday, and 33 trips on Sunday. However, there will be additional service available on the Route 99 this holiday season to accommodate shoppers. From now through 12/23, the Route 99 will make extra trips to the King of Prussia Mall. For more details, check out our holiday shopping blog here.

In addition to the King of Prussia Mall, the Route 99 also serves SEPTA's Norristown Transportation Center. Here, riders can connect with the Manayunk/Norristown Line, the Norristown High Speed Line, or seven other bus routes. The Route 99 can also get you to Montgomery County attractions like the Valley Forge Casino, the Valley Forge Convention Center, and the Valley Forge National Historical Park.

Whether you're headed to the mall, visiting Montco, or connecting to another route, hop the Route 99 and let SEPTA be your ride!
