Plane Then Bus

July 31, 2017

Updated Monday, August 21

Construction for the Airport Line Track Improvement Project was completed earlier than expected.

ALL Airport Line Saturday & Sunday trains will resume regularly scheduled service Saturday, August 26 & Sunday, August 27, 2017.

Customers should refer to the timetable with the April 23, 2017 effective date for service information or visit www.septa.org/schedules.

Thank you for your cooperation during this important project!

Due to a track improvement project, shuttle buses will replace all SEPTA Airport Regional Rail Line trains between 30th Street Station and the Airport Terminals on Saturday and Sunday, August 5-6, 12-13, 19-20 and 26-27.

SEPTA Key Quick Trips purchased from an Airport Terminal prior to boarding, as well as Mozio mobile tickets will be accepted for travel from the Airport on the shuttle buses. Customers should present Quick Trips or Mobile Mozio tickets to the bus operator when boarding shuttle buses.

Inbound: Customers traveling inbound to Center City from Airport Terminals should board SEPTA buses in Limo/Taxi Lanes at Zone 8 outside Airport Terminals. Customers traveling through to Glenside and Warminster Stations should transfer to trains at 30th Street Station. Trains will depart from 30th Street Station at regularly scheduled times.

Passengers traveling inbound to Center City from Eastwick Station will board shuttle buses on Bartram Avenue at the station's driveway.

Outbound: Airport Line Trains will travel as far as 30th Street Station where passengers will need to transfer to shuttle buses to complete their outbound trips to the Airport. Customers should refer to the supplemental schedule as buses will arrive at Airport Terminals later than regularly scheduled trains.

Please look for directional signage posted at 30th Street and Airport Line stations for bus boarding locations. Supplemental schedules are available for download at http://septa.org/airport/index.html. Customers can follow @SEPTA_AIR for real-time service information via Twitter.

Trains on the Warminster Line will terminate at 30th Street Station and will not make stops at University City Station during the dates noted above.

Trains on the Wilmington/Newark Line will board from the INBOUND (toward Center City) platform at University City Station during the first two weekends of the project (August 5-6 and 12-13, 2017). Please listen for station announcements for any additional changes to boarding information.

Passengers can also visit www.septa.org to view changes to their train lines. Riders can also contact SEPTA Customer Service representatives at (215) 580-7800.
