Persons wishing to file written comments may forward them to the Director of Operating Budgets, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, 1234 Market St., 9th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107 by April 30, 2018 so that they may be forwarded to the Hearing Examiner. Comments can also be sent electronically here.

Persons desiring to present extensive comments and testimony are encouraged to do so in writing as the time for individual testimony may be limited in order to accommodate all who wish to speak.

You can obtain a copy of the proposed Operating Budget and Financial Plan in the Reports section of the SEPTA website or by requesting, in writing, a copy from the Director of Operating Budgets at the address listed above.
