The SEPTA Key Truck equipped with SEPTA Key Fare Kiosks is going on tour - making it easy for customers at Zone 4 Regional Rail Stations to purchase their August Monthly TrailPass on a SEPTA Key Card. 

The SEPTA Key Truck will be at the following stations on the following dates from 6a-10a:

Doylestown ... Friday, July 20

Lansdale ... Monday, July 23

North Wales ... Tuesday, July 24

Woodbourne ... Wednesday, July 25

Langhorne ... Thursday, July 26

Thorndale ... Friday, July 27

Whitford ... Monday, July 30

Malvern ... Tuesday, July 31

Downingtown ... Wednesday, August 1

Bristol ... Thursday, August 2

Pennbrook ... Friday, August 3

The first ten (10) customers to purchase an August Monthly TrailPass from the Fare Kiosks on the SEPTA Key Truck will receive one of these Tap. Ride. Tap. t-shirts!

If you miss the SEPTA Key Truck - you can purchase your Key Card & Zone 4 TrailPass at one of the 5 Center City Regional Rail Station Sales Offices. Please note, if you usually purchase a Zone 4 TrailPass through a Corporate program or if you purchase a Monthly Parking Permit, you are not eligible for the Early Adopters Program.

Zone 4 Early Adopters from Chalfont, Colmar, Delaware Valley University, Fortuna, Link Belt, New Britain, Yardley, and 9th Street Stations can purchase a Key Card and an August Monthly Zone TrailPass at one of the 5 Center City Regional Rail Station Sales Offices. The truck will go back out on tour on August 20 to hit Zone 4 stations missed the first time around.

Regional Rail customers who are not part of the Early Adopters program can continue to buy and use all of the current fare instruments -- magnetic stripe TrailPasses and paper tickets.

Don't forget - there is $4.95 fee for the card. But - if you register the card, we will put $4.95 in your Travel Wallet which you can use when purchasing next month's pass. You can register your card online or via the phone:

Online

►Create an account by going to www.septakey.org and clicking on "create an account" in the blue box at the top left side of the homepage.

►This takes you to the Account Registration page. Fill in the field with your information and follow the prompts to complete the process.

►Once you are finished with Account Registration, you will receive an email to Confirm Registration. Click the link in the e-mail and you'll be ready to go.

►Return to www.septakey.org and enter your username and password in the blue log-in box. Hit enter.

►On the next screen, there will be a red icon on the left that says Register Key Card. Click on the link and include your 16-digit Key Card number when it asks for "Key Card." You also need to create a PIN for your card.

►Once you've entered all the information to register your Key Card, click submit - and your Key Card registration is complete. You can now use the Key website to load/reload fares, set up an auto-load account, review your trip history, or report a lost or stolen Card.

►You can also register your Card by phone by calling the Key Customer Call Center at 855-567-3782 (this is not SEPTA Customer Service).

Using your SEPTA Key Card on Regional Rail is as easy as Tap. Ride. Tap.

TAP your Key Card at one of the platform Validators at your home station.

►Enjoy your RIDE.

TAP your Key Card again at the Validator when you get to your destination to exit the station or close your trip.

►If you forget to tap before boarding the train, ask the Conductor to tap your Key Card on their handheld device.

►At Temple, Jefferson, Suburban, 30th St. and University City Stations you will tap at the turnstiles to get in and out of the paid area.
