Prize: Two (2) Tickets to a Philadelphia Phillies game scheduled to take place between  April 10, 2023 and August 27, 2023 at Citizens Bank Park; Two (2) winners picked weekly; Forty (40) winners total. 

Sweepstakes rules:

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Ordinary mobile service charges do apply.

2. Promotion period starts 11:00AM ET, 04/10/23 and runs until 11:59PM ET, 08/27/23 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Enter at HTTP://ISEPTAPHILLY.COM/CONTESTS. Up to five (5) entries permitted per email address. Other required information on entry form includes first name, last name, email address, and birth year.

4. Entrants must be a legal resident of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland or New Jersey, and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees or immediate family members of SEPTA are not eligible entrants.

5. No substitution for or transfer of prizes permitted except by SEPTA in its sole discretion.

6. All Federal, State, provincial, local and other applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any other rules and regulations adopted by SEPTA.

8. SEPTA assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. SEPTA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction. SEPTA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any prize winners. 

9. SEPTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. SEPTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they suspect or find (a) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, (b) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or (c) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

10. Winning entry (two (2) total per week) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by SEPTA's Marketing Department every Monday beginning Monday, 04/17/23 through Monday, 08/28/23 by 10AM. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All determinations by SEPTA are final. Winning email addresses cannot win more than one time. Winning entries can select preferred game date but fulfillment is ultimately based on availability. Tickets will be transferred electronically to winner.
