In case you missed it - heading out with the kids on SEPTA is easier [and less expensive!] than ever! Last summer – SEPTA announced that children 11 and under ride free when accompanied by an adult. That – along with free transfers and the weather – make a daytime trip in the coming weeks a must-do.

Not only that - but Spruce Street Harbor Park opens this week (5/26)! Spruce Street Harbor Park makes for cool, Summertime memories, with colorful hammocks, floating gardens, beautiful trees adorned in technicolored lights, local craft beers, and delicious food from some of Philadelphia’s most popular restaurants. You can also check out Makers Market at Spruce Street Harbor Park - open every Saturday from 5/29 thru 6/26! Take advantage of  waterfront shopping from local creators selling handmade items).

Once you're done all of that - you can take a short walk to Old City to get some ice cream from one of our newest Perks Partners - the Franklin Fountain! Spend $10 or more and get free sprinkles when you flash your SEPTA Key card! Or if you're in the mood for candy, head over to Shane Confectionery! Spend $10 or more to get a free buttercream!
