Getting There: The ISEPTAPHILLY Blog

Take the Broad Street Line to the Game!

2018 31 in rhys home

With summer officially here and the Phillies about to begin a week-long homestand, now is the perfect time to make your way down to Citizens Bank Park to catch a game!

And SEPTA is doing everything it can (short of being the starting pitcher) to make sure you have a fun, relaxing, and affordable time at the ballpark!

One of the biggest headaches of getting to the stadium is parking. If you were to park at the stadium, that’d be $18 off the bat [at a minimum], not to mention the traffic coming out of the lot at the end of the game. But when you take the Broad Street Line, it’s $4 round trip [if you have a SEPTA Key card] - $5 if you purchase Quick Trips.

SEPTA runs a number of express trains before and after games that only stop at the stations with the green dot.

But SEPTA’s not done making your experience as convenient as possible. There’s a great new Perk available. Get $8 off your ticket for these select games by flashing your SEPTA Key while purchasing your ticket:

  • Monday, 6/24 against the Mets at 7:05

  • Tuesday, 6/25, against the Mets at 7:05

  • Monday, 7/16, against the Dodgers at 7:05

  • Tuesday, 7/17, against the Dodgers at 7:05

  • Friday, 7/26, against the Braves at 7:05

  • Tuesday, 7/30, against the Giants at 7:05

  • Wednesday, 7/31, against the Giants at 7:05

  • Wednesday, 8/14, against the Cubs at 7:05

  • Monday, 8/26, against the Pirates at 7:05

  • Tuesday, 8/27, against the Pirates at 7:05

  • Monday, 9/9, against the Braves at 7:05

  • Tuesday, 9/10 against the Braves at 7:05

Check out the details of the Perk here. Need something to wear - we've got a Perk for that too!

Get 10% off your purchase at the New Era Phillies Team Store located on the corner of Citizens Bank Way and Pattison Avenue when you flash your SEPTA Key card.

So make sure you carve out some time in your summer schedule to make it down to the Park and cheer on the Fightin' Phils. Plan your trip here.
