Post submitted by Kim Scott Heinle, SEPTA Assistant General Manager, Customer Experience & Advocacy

As we begin our journey together in 2023 - all of us at SEPTA wish to thank you for your loyal patronage in 2022.

Our SEPTA Key card customers are the foundation for everything we do and the reason why our dedicated team is on the scene every day of the year to safely operate and maintain SEPTA’s buses, trains, and trolleys. We are proud to serve our customers and residents of Philadelphia, as well as those in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania, Mercer County in New Jersey, and New Castle County in Delaware.

As we enter 2023 - we are pleased to see more and more customers returning to transit after the devastating COVID-19 epidemic. SEPTA remains steadfast in our commitment to providing a safe and clean travel experience. We are modernizing your system to bring transit closer to more people, using technology to improve the Customer Experience, and investing in renovated and new infrastructure projects to maintain safe and reliable services.

There are a lot of exciting plans that lie ahead in 2023. SEPTA Forward - the Authority's strategic business plan - includes Project Metro, Bus Revolution, Reimagining Regional Rail, Trolley Modernization, and Wayfinding initiatives. Together - these projects will transform the system to make your travel opportunities better.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and for riding SEPTA whenever you are able.

Please feel free to reach out to SEPTA Customer Service at 215-580-7800 with any concerns, commendations, or suggestions. The team there is happy to speak with you!
