Terms & Conditions

Prizes: Two (2) SEPTA Essentials Care Packages (includes one SEPTA sweatshirt, one SEPTA hat & scarf, and one SEPTA mug). One winner per care package. Two winners total.

Contest rules:

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Ordinary mobile service charges do apply.

2. Promotion period starts 5:00 PM ET, 11/25/20 and runs until 11:59 PM ET, 12/17/20.

3. To enter, an entrant must visit https://iseptaphilly.com/contest245. One (1) entry per email address. 

4. Entrants must be a resident of PA, DE, MD, NJ, 14 years or older. Employees or immediate family members of SEPTA are not eligible entrants.

5. No substitution for or transfer of prizes permitted.

6. All Federal, State, provincial, local and other applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any other rules and regulations adopted by SEPTA.

8. SEPTA assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. SEPTA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction. SEPTA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any prize winners. The prize winners will be notified via email on Friday, December 18, 2020. The prize will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail to address provided. SEPTA is not responsible if prize winner does not claim prize in a timely fashion.

9. SEPTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. SEPTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they suspect or find (a) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, (b) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or (c) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Also reserve discretion to determine whether entry complies with these rules.

10. Winning entries will be selected at random by SEPTA's Marketing Department. All determinations by SEPTA are final.
