An update on the Authority’s progress has been published in a new annual report posted on SEPTA’s website.
The report details the progress made in the first year of SEPTA's Efficiency and Accountability (E&A) Program - a systematic approach to identifying and implementing process efficiencies and cultural improvements.
Next up a series of public engagement events scheduled throughout the Fall.
That is frequent, easy to use, and integrated across SEPTA modes and other transit agencies like PATCO and Amtrak.
